Es entstand eine innovative städtebauliche Anlage mit insgesamt 51 Wohnungen, die alle barrierefrei gestaltet wurden. 18 Wohnungen hiervon sind für betreutes Wohnen konzipiert.

An der Karlsruher Straße wurde ein Hotel mit 41 Zimmern umgesetzt. Das neue Wohnhaus erhält im Erdgeschoss eine kleine Parkgarage mit 5 Stellplätzen und verfügt über 8 interessante Wohnungen unterschiedlicher Größe.

Die markante Ecklage des Grundstücks erforderte eine sorgfältige, städtebauliche Einbindung des Neubaus. Durch Umlegung verschiedener Grundstücke und Abbruch einiger Altbauten entsteht eine Neukonzeption mit Tiefgarage, die eine Wohnanlage mit 18 barrierefreien Wohnungen, ein Doppelhaus sowie ein Wohn- und Geschäftshaus miteinander verbindet.

Die Wohnungen haben alle Balkone und teilweise großzügige Dachterrassen im Dachgeschoss.
