Im Anschluss wurde es praktisch – beim Einsteigerkurs Töpfern konnten wir Formen, Materialien und den kreativen Prozess mit den eigenen Händen erfahren. Dieses Jahr bewegten sich die Roth.Architekten von Schwetzingen nach Speyer und wieder zurück. Büroausflug 2022

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css_animation=“none“]Mit dem Quer-durchs-Land-Ticket ging es dieses Jahr für die Roth.Architekten nach Frankfurt. Dort angekommen hüllte sich die Frankfurter Skyline anfangs in dichtem Nebel. Nach einem Rundgang zu Fuß durch die Neue Altstadt ging es ab dem Eisernen Steg weiter mit einer Rundfahrt mainaufwärts. Abschließendes highlight war Frankfurts höchster Aussichtspunkt – der Main Tower. Neubau Kindertagesstätte Ketsch – Einweihung

„Beispielhaftes Bauen Rhein-Neckar-Kreis 2009 bis 2019“

September 2019 hat eine siebenköpfige Jury über die insgesamt 71 eingereichten Arbeiten beraten und nach einer Besichtigungsrundfahrt durch den Rhein-Neckar-Kreis 19 Auszeichnungen für „Beispielhaftes Bauen“ vergeben.

Neubau Dienstleistungszentrum, Plankstadt

Das Richtfest wurde am 10.07.2019 gemeinsam mit den vor Ort tätigen Handwerkern gefeiert. In Kürze wird das Dach gedeckt und die Ausbauarbeiten können beginnen. Neubau Dienstleistungsgebäude, Plankstadt

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css_animation=“fadeIn“]Im Zentrum von Plankstadt, auf dem Gelände des ehemaligen Adler-Areals, entsteht ein Gebäude mit Bankfiliale, ambulant betreuter Wohngemeinschaft, Zahnarztpraxis, Ergotherapiepraxis und einer Wohnung.
Eine weitere Arztpraxis wird in einem zusätzlichen Gebäude untergebracht.  Die Grundsteinlegung für das neue Dienstleistungsgebäude fand am 15. März 2019 statt. Sanierung Mehrzweck-Turnhalle, Altlußheim

Zusammen mit der Grundschule ist nun ein schönes Gebäudeensemble entstanden. Das ehemalige Schwimmbad im Untergeschoss ist einem multifunktionalen Raum gewichen. Einweihung des Anbau Kindergarten „Spatzennest“

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css_animation=“fadeIn“]Der neue Anbau des städtischen Kindergartens Spatzennest in Schwetzingen  wurde mit einem Tag der offenen Tür feierlich eingeweiht. Der Neubau grenzt an ein Bestandsgebäude an under erweitert den Kindergarten durch zwei zusätzliche Krippenräume, einen Essensraum mit Küche sowie einen Waschraum mit Toiletten. 

Durch die Erweiterungen wurden außerdem noch die bestehendenSozialräume sowie die Küchen- und Lagerräume neugestaltet worden. (16.06.2018)

Einweihung Ortsmitte Brühl
